Ok Gui, I am giving you a run for your money! My French Toast is made with the New 90 Second Bread Recipe, and it might just be my favourite!!!! I'll admit Gui's picture is WAY better...

How to Prepare:

  1. Slice the 90 second bread into 4 slices.

  2. Make an egg bath by beating 1 egg, add cinnamon, vanilla extract and a splash of heavy cream.

  3. Bathe each slice in the egg bath and fry in butter (or bacon fat).

  4. Serve with extra butter, whipped cream, berries, pecans (and bacon bits).

  • 4 slices of 90 second bread

  • 1 egg, for egg bath

  • cinnamon, q.b.

  • vanilla extract, q.b.

  • pecans, (roasted) topping

  • berries, topping

  • heavy whipping cream, topping

  • Bacon bits, topping
